Member Portal — Profile
Overview​
The Profile page displays the patient's personal information pulled from their medical record. It is read-only — patients cannot edit this information directly in ChartChat.

Profile Photo​
A circular avatar is shown at the top of the page.
- Click the avatar (or the camera icon that appears on hover) to upload a new profile picture
- Accepted formats: any image file (JPEG, PNG, etc.)
- Maximum file size: 5 MB
- The image is automatically resized to 256×256 pixels before saving
- The updated photo appears immediately in the profile header and in the top navigation dropdown

If no contact information is on file, a "No contact information on file" message is shown.
Emergency Contacts​
Shown only when emergency contacts exist in the patient record.
Each emergency contact card shows:
- Contact name
- Relationship (e.g. Spouse, Parent)
- Phone number
- Email address
Empty State​
If no profile data is available:
"No profile data available."
