Member Portal — Notifications
Overview
The notification bell in the top navigation bar keeps patients informed about EHR sync activity and support ticket updates. A red badge shows the count of unread notifications (shows 9+ when there are more than nine).
Accessing Notifications
Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar to open the notifications drawer on the right side of the screen.
Notification Types

Notification Actions
Each notification shows:
- Title and message
- Relative time (e.g. "Just now", "3m ago", "2h ago", or a date)
- An action button (if applicable) that navigates to the relevant page
Clicking a notification with an action (e.g. "Go to Settings" for an expired token) marks it as read and navigates to that page.
