Overview​
The Health Reports page provides a visual summary of the patient's health trends over time, combining data from all connected hospitals into charts and structured summaries.

Biomarker Trend Charts​
The page tracks four key biomarkers and displays each as a line chart showing how the value has changed over time. Each chart includes:
- Data points plotted chronologically
- A shaded reference range (normal zone)
- Color-coded points — red for out-of-range values, normal color for in-range
- Trend direction indicator

If no data is available for a biomarker, that chart shows an empty state message.
Year Filter​
A year selector at the top of the page controls which data period is shown:
- Rolling 12 months (default) — shows the past 12 months from today
- Specific year — shows data from that calendar year
Health Summary Sections​
Below the biomarker charts, the page shows structured summaries grouped by category:
Medications​
- Lists all active medications with dosage
- Count of active prescriptions
Conditions​
- Lists active conditions with onset date
- Highlights chronic conditions
Immunizations​
- Lists immunizations received in the selected year
- Shows vaccine name, date, and status
Procedures​
- Lists procedures performed in the selected year
Allergies​
- Lists all documented allergies with severity
Export / Download​
A Download button allows patients to save the health report summary. The report captures the current state of all sections displayed on the page.
Empty State​
If no health data is available across all sections:
"No health data available for the selected period."
